This is a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to open a craft beer brewer and tasting room, also called a micro / nano brewery. Nano brewery can be very profitable. On average, a small craft beer brewery should be able to get at least 130 pints per keg, (assuming a standard 16 oz glass pour and a head of about 3/4 of an inch for the beer), assuming an attractive retail price of $4 per pint, that translate to roughly $520 gross profit per ket. Gross profit does not include cost of goods sold and other fixt operating expenses.
